The P7 will feature NVIDIA’s DRIVE AGX Xavier AI compute platform for its autonomous autopilot system, XPILOT3.0. To help the car navigate, it will boast arrays of sensors and cameras, including 13 autonomous driving cameras, one in-car camera, 12 ultrasonic sensors, and five high-precision radars.

The Xpeng says in the press release that it will use NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure to develop its neural network, run autonomous driving software, and have car updates over the air (OTA).

The P7 also becomes the longest range EV in China with 438 miles (706km) range on the NEDC cycle.
